We recently had the Sigenergy solar system with 19 SunTech panels installed through Corrigan Electrical – including two 8 kWh batteries – and the whole experience has been exceptional from start to finish. We originally received a similar quote from a large NZ-wide provider, but their proposed roof mounting system wasn’t suitable for our roof type and the wind zone conditions. However, Corrigan offered a superior fixing solution that was more robust and better suited to the environment. They were also price-competitive, which made the decision even easier. It was clear they were thinking about the long term and knew what they were doing – not just focussed on ‘getting panels on the roof’. Reece was great to deal with through the quoting stage and was always ready with options and solutions – not just a one-size-fits-all approach. The install happened over a month that was honestly pretty challenging with high winds and rain constantly rolling in. But Shelton and his team worked hard during weather windows and kept us in the loop, delivering an outstanding result – safe, secure, tidy and professionally finished. We feel like we made the right decision in choosing a local business that really understands the conditions here – and it absolutely shows in the quality of the install.
